Dr. Kimberly Kleinfeld

Doctor Kleinfeld studied animal sciences at UMass Amherst for her undergraduate degree and is a 1998 graduate from Michigan State College of Veterinary Medicine.

She has special interests in the human/animal bond and geriatric care.

She began Home Veterinary Services when her own large, older dog could not walk but needed to be euthanized. There were not many options available for her, and she knew there were many other families with pets in similar situations or circumstances. So she started her own practice to help others care for their animals in their own homes.

She currently lives in Dartmouth, Massachusetts with her husband, two teenagers, two dogs, a bearded dragon, and an ever-changing number of cats.

Dr. Kim’s team also includes two assistants and her daughter, Leah.
